HOW TO CREATE AN INVOICE
Creating and sending an invoice with Invoice2go is quick and easy: you can do it on your home computer, tablet or mobile phone. That’s how it’s done:
Step 1: On the Home screen, tap Create and select “Invoice.”
Step 2 – Add client. Click “Add Customer” and select “+” to add a new customer, or choose from your saved customer list.
Step 3 – Add an item. Touch Add Article and add a saved item, spend, or time entry to your invoice. Or you can create a new item by tapping “+”.
Step 4: Enter additional details you have selected: a discount, a deposit request, payment details or a personal comment. Add receipts or photos of the work if you have them.
Save, preview, and send your bill via email, SMS, or a messaging application of your choice.
